Capital FM 91.3 Signs as the Official Radio Broadcaster with Routes And Roots Festival 2026

The Routes and Rootes Festival has officially finalized a partnership agreement with Capital FM 91.3, naming the station as the event’s official radio broadcaster. The announcement was made during a press briefing with Capital FM, festival organizers, and event partners.

Speaking at the event, Mr. JohnPaul, Marketing and Promotions Manager at Capital FM, assured listeners that the station will give the festival full support.  
"All our presenters and DJs will be actively engaged to push the Routes and Rootes Festival. This is going to be big for our listeners and for the Tourism City," he said.  
He also encouraged fans to take advantage of early bird ticket sales, which are now available on the official Routes and Roots website.

Mr. Timothy Ochen, CEO of TIO Tours and Travel and lead organizer of the festival, expressed confidence that the partnership will drive even bigger numbers.  
"We are expecting a massive turnout this year, with both local and international acts set to perform. This collaboration with Capital FM puts us on the biggest waves in the country," Ochen noted.

Adding to the excitement, Twesigye Stearforce, Events and Marketing Manager for Routes and Rootes Festival, described the upcoming edition as "pure vibe."  
"We’re calling on everyone to be part of this experience. Fort Portal is about to get louder," Stearforce said.

With Capital FM 91.3 on board as the official broadcaster, the Routes and Rootes Festival is set to reach audiences across Uganda and beyond ahead of the big unveiling.
